Hisense Group, China's largest television manufacturer and a major appliance maker, is in talks to acquire a stake of up to 26% in Indian contract manufacturer Epack Durable's newly created subsidiary, Epack Manufacturing Technologies. Epack is establishing a large manufacturing facility in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, to produce various appliances under the Hisense brand.
