FSBM Holdings Bhd and its subsidiary FSBM I-Centre Sdn Bhd have entered into a partnership with Synergies Intelligent Systems Inc to jointly explore the Malaysian and Southeast Asian markets for consumer-to-manufacturer (C2M) services, focusing on customised machining parts. The collaboration includes an exclusive six-year license for FSBM I-Centre to use Synergies’ technologies, with a revenue-sharing arrangement.
