Fidelis Residential Partners has formed a joint venture with Chicago-based Cresset Real Estate Partners to develop a nine-building apartment complex called Fidelis Willis in Montgomery County. The project, expected to be completed in 2026, is part of an HEB-anchored power center developed in partnership with the California State Teachers' Retirement System within Houston-based Satya’s Moran Ranch mixed-use development.
