K T Rama Rao alleged that the Chief Minister's brother-in-law, S Srujan Reddy's company, Shodha Constructions Pvt Limited, was awarded contracts worth over Rs 1,000 crore under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT), despite lacking the necessary qualifications. The company has rejected the claims and sent a defamation notice to KTR.
