Entergy Mississippi has formed a six-year partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to facilitate their expansion into the state, resulting in the development of two new data center campuses. This partnership has brought substantial benefits to the state, including a $10 billion investment by AWS, the creation of more than 1,000 direct jobs, and training programs to strengthen Mississippi’s workforce. AWS is also estimated to contribute $3.3 billion to the state’s GDP, positioning Mississippi as a growing tech hub in the Southeast.
