Dixon Technologies, an electronics contract manufacturer, and Chinese smartphone maker Vivo are forming a joint venture to manufacture smartphones in India. Dixon will hold a majority stake of 51% in the joint venture, while Vivo India will have 49% share. The financial details of the agreement have not been disclosed.
