Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Cabinet has approved the award of two key waste and recycling contracts to Cheshire West Recycling (CWR). The first contract is for the continuation of the Council’s kerbside recycling and waste collection service beyond March 2026, and the second contract is for the delivery of Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) services. Both contracts will begin on 1 April 2026, for an initial period of eight years.
