Champlain College and nuwave Equity Corporation have announced the Vermont Culture Innovators Project, a partnership aimed at reshaping workplace culture in Vermont businesses through hands-on learning experiences for students. The initiative is designed to equip students with real-world skills while fostering meaningful connections with employers in Vermont. The program, launching in spring 2025, will provide students with paid work opportunities over four semesters.
