The Southeast Academic Medical Center has teamed up with Cave Consulting Group, Inc. (CCGroup) to prepare for participation in the CMS Transforming Episode Accountability Model (TEAM) bundled payment program. CCGroup has helped the medical center analyze their joint replacement program's profitability under the CMS TEAM payment and compared the results with another teaching facility's bundle results.
