Alaris Equity Partners has completed a strategic recapitalization transaction with Ohana Growth Partners, LLC, a leading Planet Fitness® franchisee, and a third-party private equity investor. The transaction involved Alaris securing $120.0 million of capital from the third-party investor, as well as rolling $130.0 million of its investment in Ohana, and using the proceeds to redeem equity from the founders of Ohana.
