On December 5 KST, ADOR officially announced that it has filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central District Court to verify the ongoing validity of its exclusive contract with NewJeans. The lawsuit aims to clarify that an exclusive contract between a company and artists cannot be unilaterally terminated based on one-sided claims.
