VisTech Manufacturing Solutions (“VisTech”), a vertically-integrated noise, vibration, and harshness (“NVH”) solutions provider to the North American automotive industry and a portfolio company of Angeles Equity Partners, LLC (“Angeles”), today announced the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Industry Products Company (“IPC”), a supplier of NVH solutions, primarily to automotive original equipment manufacturers (“OEMs”). IPC is based in Piqua, Ohio and was previously owned by various members of the Pautsch Family since its founding in 1966.
