Atlas Holdings ("Atlas") announced today the closing of the previously announced acquisition of the pulp, newsprint and directory paper mill operations in Thunder Bay, Ontario ("Thunder Bay" or "Mill") from Resolute FP Canada Inc. by Atlas' affiliate, Thunder Bay Pulp and Paper Inc.
