Terra Property Trust, Inc. ("TPT"), a real estate investment trust externally managed by a subsidiary of Mavik Capital Management, LP ("Mavik"), today announced that it has acquired approximately 5.2% of the outstanding shares of common stock of AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. (NYSE: MITT) ("MITT") as of July 24, 2023, making TPT the second-largest stockholder of MITT.
