(NYSE: APO) (together with its consolidated subsidiaries, "Apollo") today announced that it has acquired Broomfield, CO-based Harvest Energy Services, LLC ("Harvest"). Harvest is an independent services provider of operations and maintenance ("O&M") solutions to the renewable energy industry.
