SmartCommerce, a leading provider of data-centric, AI-assisted SaaS solutions for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry announced today the acquisition of Myxx, a provider of recipe-centric eCommerce solutions that help brands accelerate commerce while driving direct connections with consumers. As part of the transaction, Dede Houston, CEO of Myxx, will join SmartCommerce and continue to drive the vision of the company.
