RMA Companies (“RMA”) today announced that it has acquired Northwest Geotechnical Consultants, Inc. dba Northwest Geotech (“NGI”), a provider of geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, construction inspection, and construction materials testing services. The acquisition of NGI is RMA’s third transaction since December 2021, as it executes an acquisition-driven growth strategy to build a national testing and inspection services platform for critical infrastructure end-markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
