Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of Reliable Pest Solutions (Reliable) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a TSCP portfolio company. Located in Hannibal, MO, Reliable is a provider of commercial and residential pest control in Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa. With the backing of PestCo’s team and resources, Reliable is positioned for future growth, while continuing to provide high-quality service to customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
