New Residential Investment Corp. (NYSE: NRZ; “New Residential” or the “Company”) announced today that it completed the previously announced acquisition of Caliber Homes Loans, Inc. (“Caliber”), a leading mortgage originator and servicer. The transaction was initially announced on April 14, 2021.
