Description

Miami International Holdings, Inc. (MIH), owner of Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC (MIAX®), MIAX PEARL, LLC (MIAX Pearl®), MIAX Emerald, LLC (MIAX Emerald®), Minneapolis Grain Exchange, LLC (MGEXTM), The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), and Dorman Trading LLC, today announced that it has entered into a purchase agreement (the Purchase Agreement) to acquire all of the issued and outstanding membership interests of LedgerX, LLC (LedgerX) from Ledger Holdings, Inc. (LHI) in connection with the bankruptcy proceedings involving FTX Trading Ltd. and certain of its affiliated entities, pursuant to which LHI is a party.
