Marucci Sports, LLC (“Marucci”), a subsidiary of Compass Diversified (NYSE: CODI) and a leading designer and manufacturer of baseball and fastpitch equipment and apparel, today announced it has acquired Baum Enterprises LLC (“Baum Bat”), a designer and manufacturer of composite wood bats. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
