Lineage Logistics, LLC (“Lineage” or the “Company”), the world’s largest and most innovative temperature-controlled industrial REIT and logistics solutions provider, today announced that it has acquired MTC Logistics (“MTC”), a leading cold-chain provider with four strategic locations on or near the ports of Baltimore, MD, Wilmington, DE and Mobile, AL.
