Description

Integrated Water Services, Inc. (“IWS”), a leading water and wastewater treatment solutions provider, is pleased to announce the acquisition of leading membrane bioreactor manufacturer and distributor M|MBR Systems, LLC (“M|MBR Systems”). As a result of the transaction, IWS, in partnership with Sciens Water Opportunities Management, LLC (“Sciens Water”), will acquire 100% of the equity of MMBR Systems.
