FirstService Corporation (TSX and NASDAQ: FSV) (“FirstService”) announced today that its subsidiary, Century Fire Protection (“Century”), has recently acquired Chesapeake Sprinkler Company, Inc. (“Chesapeake”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
