Calabrese Consulting, an international Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) advisory firm, today announced that it has acquired Albeck Financial Services (“Albeck”), a Houston-based provider of SEC financial reporting and advisory services for small- and mid-cap public companies. Terms of the acquisition, which became effective April 12, 2022, were not disclosed.
