American Tire Distributors (“ATD”) and Monro, Inc. (Nasdaq: MNRO) (“Monro”), today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which ATD will acquire Monro’s wholesale tire distribution assets, operating under the Tires Now name (“Tires Now”).
