Alithya Group inc. (TSX: ALYA) (NASDAQ: ALYA) ("Alithya") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire US-based Datum Consulting Group, LLC and its affiliates ("Datum" or "the Company") for a purchase price of up to US$45.5 million (C$57.5 million), including potential earn-out considerations of up to US$13.0 million (C$16.4 million).
