Trace Midstream Partners II, LLC, a portfolio company of Quantum Capital Group, has entered into agreements with LM Energy Delaware, LLC to acquire its natural gas gathering and transportation assets in the Northern Delaware Basin. This acquisition allows Trace to expand its operations into the Northern Delaware Basin and build upon LM Energy’s already well-executed system and track record of success.
