With this acquisition, Bishop Lifting further expands its core solution offerings and footprint to serve customers locally across North America. Post-acquisition, Oceanside will maintain its branding and teams, while contributing to Bishop Lifting's strategy of becoming the leading provider of lifting products and services not only in the United States but across North America.
