Hub International Limited has acquired the assets of Malloy Imrie & Vasconi Insurance Services, enhancing its commercial and employee benefit services. The acquisition strengthens Hub's offerings in the agribusiness sector and personal insurance. MIV Insurance will now operate under the Hub International brand. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
