Ingersoll Rand Inc. has acquired G & D Chillers, Inc. and Advanced Gas Technologies Inc. for approximately $27 million. This acquisition aims to enhance Ingersoll Rand's manufacturing and engineering capabilities and strengthen its channel presence in Canada. Both companies will be integrated into Ingersoll Rand’s Industrial Technologies and Services segment.
