TransPerfect has acquired Blu Digital Group, which will operate as a division of TransPerfect Media. This merger combines TransPerfect's localization expertise with Blu Digital's automation technologies. Clients of both companies will benefit from enhanced media services and solutions. CEO Paulette Pantoja will continue to lead Blu Digital Group under the TransPerfect Media umbrella.
