Exertis Almo, a Pennsylvania-based technology company and a wholly owned subsidiary of DCC Technologies, has acquired MDM Commercial Enterprises, the largest dealer of LG commercial products in the U.S. This acquisition expands Exertis Almo's presence in the B2B technology solutions market and strengthens its position in the commercial facilities sector.
