Groupe Berkem, a leading player in bio-based chemistry, has signed a definitive agreement with Givaudan for the acquisition of Naturex Iberian Partners, Givaudan's industrial site in Valencia, Spain. This strategic acquisition will enable Groupe Berkem to strengthen its 'Health, Beauty and Nutrition' division by increasing its production capacity in plant extraction and benefitting from the proven expertise of the Valencia site's teams in plant extraction.
