Galaxy Universal acquires Reebok's Global Operations and Enters into Joint Venture for European Operations with Batra Group

Galaxy Universal, a leading global footwear company, has completed the acquisition of Reebok's global product creation, sourcing, and footwear operations in the U.S. Additionally, Galaxy will lead Reebok's US footwear wholesale, retail and e-commerce channels and will oversee Reebok's operations across Europe and the UK through a joint venture with the Batra Group, GB Brands Europe Limited. This acquisition and joint venture are expected to accelerate Galaxy's global growth and brand management.
