Q4 Inc., the leading capital markets access platform, has obtained a final order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice approving the plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act, through which a newly formed entity controlled by Sumeru Equity Partners has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company for $6.05 in cash per Common Share. The completion of the Arrangement is expected to occur on February 1, 2024.
