Co-native completes acquisition of Retune Group AB and implements management changes

Co-native has acquired Retune Group AB, a Stockholm-based cloud specialist company, as part of its strategy to strengthen its position as the leading public cloud provider in the Nordics. The acquired company will be integrated into Co-native's subsidiary, Asurgent, to enhance collaboration opportunities and deliver greater value to customers. Management changes have been implemented to further strengthen the group's growth capacity and customer focus.
