Sun Valley Investments AG has filed an application to launch a public offer to purchase common shares of Mineros S.A. The offer, subject to approval by the Colombian Superintendent of Finance (SFC), will be made through the facilities of the Colombia Securities Exchange. If approved, the offer price per common share will be equal to COP $4,600, payable in cash, with the intention to acquire a minimum of 5.0% and a maximum of 9.0% of the issued and outstanding common shares.
