Description

Bosch, a leading supplier of technology and services, is set to take over the global HVAC solutions business for residential and light commercial buildings from Johnson Controls, including acquiring 100 percent of the Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning (JCH) joint venture. The acquisition, which is the biggest in Bosch history, marks a significant milestone in the implementation of Bosch's strategy for 2030 and is expected to nearly double Bosch's sales revenue in the HVAC market.
