Novus Holdings has submitted an offer to acquire Mustek, having already obtained over 35% of the company. The Takeover Regulation Panel has ordered Novus to revise its intention announcement. Shareholders will have options to sell for cash or Novus shares as part of the deal valued at R335 million.
