ACA Group has announced its intent to acquire the broker-dealer distribution business from UMB Fund Services, a subsidiary of UMB Financial Corporation. This acquisition aims to expand ACA's distribution division, ACA Foreside, by incorporating asset management clients with mutual fund, exchange-traded fund (ETF), and closed-end fund products. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.
