Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) has agreed to invest in Schülerhilfe in partnership with its CEO, Dieter Werkhausen, and the existing management team. Schülerhilfe, the leading operator and franchisor of site-based and online tutoring in the DACH region, will benefit from LLCP's experience in education and multi-unit investing as it enters the next phase of its growth.
