Apollo is set to acquire Bridge Investment Group for $1.5 billion. Shareholders will receive 0.07081 shares of Apollo stock for each share of Bridge held. The acquisition will enhance Apollo's real estate equity platform. Bridge will continue to operate as a standalone entity within Apollo post-acquisition.
