Star Diamond Corporation has entered into a binding agreement with Rio Tinto Exploration Canada Inc. (RTEC) to acquire 100% ownership of the Star – Orion South Diamond Project. As per the agreement, Star Diamond will gain full control and responsibility for the Project and release and indemnify RTEC for liabilities relating to the Project.
