Carlisle Companies Incorporated has announced its definitive agreement to acquire MTL Holdings from GreyLion Partners, a U.S. private equity firm. The acquisition of MTL is aligned with Carlisle's Vision 2030 strategy to build a pure-play building products company and enhance its position as a comprehensive provider of architectural metal products. The acquisition is expected to generate significant value through strategic synergies and is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2024.
