Crane NXT Co has completed the acquisition of De La Rue Authentication Solutions for GBP300 million. This acquisition enhances Crane NXT's capabilities in security technologies for identification documents. A new business unit named 'Crane Authentication' will be created to integrate the acquired business. The deal is expected to positively impact adjusted earnings in the first year.
