In an amazing step ahead for BellaDati, Hagiwara Electric Group has acquired all BellaDati shares. This acquisition aims to establish a fusion business that leverages the strengths of their existing businesses, enabling the entry into new markets and increasing competitiveness, thereby enhancing the corporate value of Hagiwara Electric Group. Martin Trgina will resign as CEO immediately after the acquisition, and Mr. Kazuto Saito will be appointed as the new CEO of BellaDati.
