Description

Blue Owl Capital Inc., a leading alternative asset manager, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the business of alternative credit manager Atalaya Capital Management LP for $450 million. The acquisition is expected to significantly expand Blue Owl's alternative credit offerings and deliver a more robust suite of financing solutions to stakeholders. Ivan Zinn, the Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Atalaya, is expected to join Blue Owl as Head of Alternative Credit.
