Seattle-based PitchBook, along with its parent company Morningstar, has acquired the fintech startup Lumonic. The acquisition will allow Lumonic to operate as a subsidiary of PitchBook, enhancing their offerings for private credit lenders. All of Lumonic's employees will join PitchBook, which aims to maintain the brand during the transition.
