Middle Tennessee Pharmacy Services (MTPS), a member of Guardian Pharmacy Services, has acquired the long-standing LTC and MEDIpack service lines from TwelveStone Health Partners. This acquisition enables MTPS to better serve residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and behavioral health communities, as well as individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and outpatient consumers throughout Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Northern Alabama.
